Brief: Converse (global) wanted to relaunch their iconic One Star model to a gen-Z audience. Focusing first on Australia & New Zealand, Converse engaged us to identify an up and coming musician with the ability to speak to a Gen Z audience, whilst also being 'one to watch' for to 2018.
Solution: We identified and recruited 16 year old Australian and recent ARIA Award winning Ruel, as the perfect talent to help Converse speak to their target audience through social. At the time of recruiting Ruel, his Instagram following was at 120,000 followers. Within 3 months, he was at 260,000+ and still growing.
